How to Cleanse your Aura

What you need:

- a comfortable space
-sunshine, brightly lit area or a mood lamp
-sage
- your favourite crystals or healing stones
- your favourite playlist
- a journal
- your favourite writing stationary


1) set up space

2) organize crystals to your liking

3) get comfy and turn on your music

4) light sage (sage your space. you can also sage your home at this time if wanted (see how to sage home blog))

5) place sage in a safe fire proof tray with crystals

6) get comfy again and close your eyes for a few minutes

7) clear all thoughts and be still

8) focus on attracting a white light around you, once you envision and feel this light,open your eyes.

9) take sage and hold it in front of you and breathe deeply. Close your eyes and take in the smell of the sage. Cleansing your breathe as you inhale and exhale all your stress, worries and troubles away. Do this for about 5-10 minutes enjoying your favourtie songs

10) Open your eyes and place sage back into tray. Take a moment to observe your surroundings. Try to focus on the positive aspects. As you are doing this, take your notebook and write down your thoughts. Take time to reflect and plan your intentions for the day/month. How the songs make you feel.
