You can use color to balance the chakras every day. An easy way to do this is to get many swatches of fabric with different colors. These can also help in balancing the chakras. The best part is it is very inexpensive.
The process will take about twenty minutes from start to finish. Lie down somewhere comfortable and make sure you have the seven swatches of fabric nearby. These are in order: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, and Violet. They are the colors of the rainbow.
Take several slow, deep breaths and look back over the day's happenings in reverse. Be sure to take note of any strong emotions or attitudes that were expressed during the day. What chakras would have been unbalanced by these emotions?
Take the color swatch for that specific chakra and lay it on the area of the chakra you have deemed unbalanced. Envision the color being drawn down into your body from your head down.
Take several more breaths, breathing deeply, and focus on the color and drawing it into the chakra. It may take up to five minutes before you feel ìfullî of color.
Another route is to take all seven swatches of cloth and place them on each chakra one at a time.
Let the chakra draw in the color until it is full. Then proceed to the next one until you have done all seven. Repeat if you feel that the color did not take, or if you are still feeling a little ìemptyî of one specific color. This can bring joy and brightness to your life, so give it a try.

It is very important that we invest into self care so that we don't burn out.
We have created this package of 7 incense sticks as your first steps to a calmer you.
Each incense sets a silent timer where you can take time to meditate, read a book, cook dinner, dance around the house, creating or whatever you choose to to.
Clearing your mind can be very helpful and de-stressing in our busy day to day life.
We have however curated a few words that go along with each colour of the incense in the meditation packs.
We encourage our users to journal and get creative when using our products

]]>We did battle with the weather on and off, packing up and setting up three times as the rain poured down on us. Regardless of that we didn't let the storm dampen our spirits as the sunshine came smiling back out!
However, despite the weather this event is where we experimented with a new concept of "picking your own incense ". That idea was a success! "I think it's something we will do again, everyone seemed to love choosing their favourite colour and smell." - Dayna (Founder)
The event ran till 10PM, where we had familiar and new faces approach us to smell our incenses and create their own.
]]>We introduced our "Take a message, leave a message" movement to all he patrons and attendees to the event. From children that could barely reach the table, to old men and women hiding under their umbrellas.
Our movement consists of writing a positive message for the next person visiting our booth, using coloured pens on colourful paper, your task was to inspire, encourage and promote positivity to your fellow human.
We saw everything from pictures drawn, graffiti tags, famous quotes, song lyrics and even other languages! The experience was amazing, seeing peoples faces smile as they put their note in the jar, and took another note out - coincidently enough, by faith and the way of the universe, everyone said the message that they received touched them and was heartfelt.
Our next stop for the movement is Kensington Flea in late September, hope to see you there - drop by and leave a message :)
Sincerely,
Karma.
